Noble Gourmet hails from the very heart of New York, where our founders, Anthony and Eloise, made it their mission to bring world-famous flavor to kitchens all across the globe. After watching their friends struggle to create gourmet cuisines without access to professional tools, Anthony and Eloise caught fire with an idea to make affordable, chef-grade kitchen appliances available to everyone with a desire to cook.
